Los Banos man with CSAM arrested for arranging to meet 11-year-old, police say

LOS BANOS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A Los Banos man who was found with child sexual abuse material was arrested after allegedly arranging to meet with an 11-year-old child.

Police named the suspect as 49-year-old Joe Flores.

According to police, he was arrested on June 30 after detectives found evidence of child sexual abuse material on his accounts.

He was booked on charges of possession of child sexual abuse material with sentencing enhancements for possessing more than 600 images or 12 videos depicting child sexual abuse material.
