
TULARE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A 23-year-old Tulare man has been arrested on 10 felony charges after investigators say he sexually abused children under the age of 14, according to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office says detectives arrested Gavin Boswell following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving juvenile victims.
Investigators determined Boswell engaged in unlawful sexual acts with one child under the age of 14. During the investigation, a second child under the age of 14 came forward and reported similar abuse, deputies said.
Boswell was booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on 10 felony counts of violating Penal Code 288(a), lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.
The investigation remains ongoing. Detectives say they believe there may be additional victims or witnesses who have not yet come forward.
