MADERA COUNTY, CA – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces the scheduled closures for guardrail repair operations in Madera County this week.

The following will occur Thursday, February 26^th from 8:00am to 2:30pm:

• • The southbound State Route 41 straight onramp at Children’s Boulevard will be intermittently closed for guardrail repairs.
  • The southbound State Route 41 circle onramp will remain open during the scheduled operation hours.

Closures may continue for longer periods of time each day, if necessary, due to delays caused by weather or uncontrollable events that may occur during maintenance.  These scheduled closures will occur, weather permitting.

Caltrans Maintenance workers remind you to drive with extra care and allow additional travel time while travelling in the maintenance area.  Please be alert for Road Maintenance Personnel and “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
