MERCED COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A restaurant that serves ox tail and other soul food made its grand opening in Merced on Friday.

Cousin’s Corner in Merced is described as a new soul food restaurant that aims to provide a “warm, welcoming environment for families and friends.” Management says their mission is to serve delicious comfort food made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Their menu consists of ox tail, fried chicken, rack of lamb and more. The restaurant is located at 260 W. 18th St., Merced.
